Never understood why the Oilers never drafted Brossitt. |

Next year maybe it's Ramo and Brossoit. (assuming Kipper retires) - FlamesFan12
Too early.
Should be another 2 points relinquished and 1 step close to a top 3 pick. |

Yeah we know the Avs will lose at home to the Wings so we have to lose.
He'll be 20 so you never know. But I guess we don't want to shatter confidence. |

I think Jones will be number 1 pick for sure. I think Nathan will be taken 2nd overall but Drouin is really making it a tough deabte on who the top NA forward is.
Lets say we have the 3rd overall pick, jones and Mckinnon are taken, would you guys take Drouin or Barkov?? Barkov could be the centremen we have been dreaming of for years, but, Drouin has over 2PPG and looked great at the WJ tournament.
I think we need to do whatever we can to get Nathan Mckinnon, but if he is taken and Barkov is still available, I would take him. |

Can't Brossoit go back to Junior? He'll more then likely struggle in the AHL let alone the NHL. |

Drouin is listed as a LW which we certainly don't need more of (I thought he was a pure C). He's also only 5'10" which I wouldn't normally care about but our team is starting to look small. After Jones and Mac, I'm all in for Barkov; 6'3" 209lbs. just what we need to play with Sven or Gaudreau. |

Wan't this year an overage year for him? I think he would get assigned to the ECHL, either way. Maybe he backs up Taylor in Abby. |

We should sign Brust too... Training camp next year needs to be at an octagonal rink though... |

Plus, how cool of a jersey would Barkov be

I have no idea what the rules are, that's why Huddle was a good tool on this site. Frenchy might know, I'll go ask him and get his blog hits up to 5 for the day. |

You guys are gonna suck ass as long as the Canucks did back in the 80's.
Edit: I'm just joking around for those who don't know. |

Technically. Though at his age he can make the move to pro if he wants and the Calgary ELC bodes well for that train of thought.
If he desired to play as an overager he has the option.
Via frenchy. |

It took the Oilers three years to get competitive once they tore it down, you can do it Feaster! The playoffs next year are an absolute fairytale. |

Going for the playoffs next year is what will put them in a full blown rebuild. |

Almost too easy, especially after a 4-0 loss last night. |
